Returns and refunds

Domestic: 

We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.

Only exception being, if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 24 hrs, along with supporting images of the damaged good.

If 24 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.  A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.

International:

No returns or refunds are available for international orders, except in cases where the product is damaged during transit. Any damages must be reported within 12 hours of delivery, accompanied by unboxing videos and images. Requests made after the 12-hour window will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are received defective or damaged and after immediate intimation (within 24 hrs of delivery) on the receipt of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello@oorjaa.in and a reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.

Delivery and Shipping

The products are typically dispatched within 2-3 weeks of order confirmation depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same.

To return your product, you should mail your product to OORJAADESIGN LLP, 36, KEB Colony, Industrial Area, Hoodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048 along with a copy of the invoice.
