Sale Terms & Conditions Applicable at OORJAA Stores

• Sale is applicable at all our Franchise stores in Bangalore (Indira Nagar, Lavelle Road), and  Chennai: Amethyst. 
  
  
• Sale is live from Wednesday, September 7th to Sunday, September 11th, 2022 from 11am to 8pm.

• Customers are requested to bring their own carry bag. Carry bags are also available at the store and are chargeable.
  
  
• Gift wrapping of the products will not be provided during the sale.
  
  
• There will be NO refund or replacement of products purchased or orders received during the sale at the retail stores. Customers are requested to do a thorough check of the product physically before billing.
  
  
• During the sale, NO reservations/orders will be accepted at the store.
  
  
• Customers are requested to be cautious in browsing through display products at the store. Any breakages/damages will have to be borne by the customer.

Sale Terms & Conditions Applicable on OORJAA Website

• Sale on Website starts on Monday 12th September 2022 to Wednesday 14th September 2022.

• There will be NO refund or replacement of products purchased or orders received during the sale through the website. Only exception is any damage to the product in transit and the issue has to be informed to our Customer Care within 24hours of delivery.

• Please note, shipping time may vary from 2 to 3 weeks (depending on availability) for orders placed on the website.

• OORJAA reserves the rights to cancel any order if the product is out of stock for orders placed on the website.
  
  
• Cart reservations are not applicable on our website.
